Outcome: Reduced stock reconciliation time by ~70%, eliminated manual payroll processing, enabled real-time sales dashboards across all branches, and achieved successful go-live within the agreed timeline with zero critical post-go-live issues.

Operations managers at a B2B client were dependent on developers for every custom data report — causing 24–48 hour delays on business-critical queries. Integrated OpenAI's API with ERPNext to enable plain-English database queries: users type a question (e.g. "Show me all overdue POs above ₹50,000 this quarter") and the module generates and executes the correct SQL against the ERPNext MariaDB instance, returning a formatted table inside the ERP. Result: ad-hoc reporting turnaround reduced from 24–48 hours to under 60 seconds. Non-technical managers now self-serve data, freeing the dev team entirely from report requests.

Challenge: A used cooking oil (UCO) collection company needed to coordinate 100+ daily collections across dozens of food businesses (FBOs), but was managing routes, weights, and GRN generation manually over WhatsApp and paper logs — leading to missed pickups, unverified weights, and zero real-time visibility. Solution: Designed and project-managed a field operations mobile app for collection executives covering: Bluetooth-connected weighing machine integration for accurate UCO weight capture, automated GRN generation, GPS-based vehicle tracking, route planning, FBO self-enrollment with verification, collection rescheduling, and a management dashboard with real-time collection data and deposit reporting. Outcome: Eliminated paper-based GRN logging, provided real-time visibility into daily collection volumes, reduced missed pickup rates, and enabled the operations team to manage field staff performance through data-driven dashboards.

Challenge: A manufacturing client needed to process vendor payments and receive customer settlements directly inside ERPNext, eliminating the dual-entry bottleneck between the ERP and the bank portal — which was causing reconciliation delays of 3–5 days per cycle. Solution: Built a custom ERPNext app integrating Axis Bank's corporate banking API. The module enables outbound payment orders (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and inbound payment acknowledgements from within ERPNext Journal Entries and Purchase Orders. Implemented secure OAuth token management, error handling, and auto-reconciliation against bank statements. Outcome: Eliminated manual bank portal data entry, reduced payment reconciliation cycle from 3–5 days to same-day, and removed a critical compliance risk around dual-entry errors in financial records.

Associated with JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad (Aug 2022 - Nov 2022) This project focused on developing a Volume Control System utilizing Hand Recognition Technology. The primary goal was to design a system capable of recognizing hand gestures through a pattern recognition approach, leveraging histograms of local orientation for accurate detection. The system was developed to be straightforward and did not require specialized hardware beyond a standard workstation or PC. Image digitization was facilitated through common devices such as scanners or digital cameras. The outcome was a user-friendly, gesture-based volume control system that provided an intuitive way for users to adjust volume levels seamlessly.

Challenge: A discrete manufacturing company was managing production scheduling on whiteboards and Excel, with no real-time visibility into raw material consumption, work-in-progress, or finished goods inventory. Solution: Led ERPNext implementation covering Manufacturing (Work Orders, BOM, Production Planning, Job Cards, MRP), multi-location Warehouse Management, Inventory, Finance & Accounting with GST/e-Invoice/e-Way Bill, HRMS & Payroll (biometric attendance, shift management, PF/ESI automation), and Purchase Management with 3-way matching.
